Vision:
NZMA was looking to consolidate multiple locations within Hamilton into one campus-style location for their students.
Outcome:
Working closely together, NZMA, Foster Develop and Foster Construction designed a bespoke building to house NZMA’s vocational training facilities - including cookery, hospitality, hair dressing, floristry and many more vocations.
After agreeing terms in July 2018, Foster Develop and Construction teams set about delivering the building for NZMA to take occupation early in the New Year.
The building was officially opened in February 2019.
