Construction

Fosters offers a full range of commercial construction services in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.

From pre-construction and early contractor involvement (ECI) to design and build, seismic strengthening and specialist fitouts to tenders, both our office-based and site-based teams are specialists in the construction process.

Our aim is to provide a great construction experience – for all stakeholders

  • We engage with clients from concept to completion; ensuring that the entire process is open and transparent.
  • We like to take on complex projects that challenge our people so that their knowledge and skills can be increased.
  • We deliver operational excellence through an ongoing commitment to innovation and continual improvement.

And the quality of our construction is such that it meets or exceeds the expectations of the end user.

We’re proud to have several repeat clients

We’ve worked with the likes of APL, Ebbett and Deloittes for 50+ years – we see this as testament to the quality of our people, our work and the strong relationships we’re famous for developing during construction projects.

There are three ways we typically deliver construction projects:

Design & Build

Design & build projects are easier for us to manage efficiently – there’s one entity, one contract and one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion.

It means we can collaborate on outcomes, add value with experience, manage costs and negate risks by managing the entire project process.

Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)

ECI enables us to be involved in the design process. It ensures better planning at the outset, unity and collaboration through the process, mitigation of risks and cost-efficiencies through the project.

Tender (traditional build) Process

Our partnerships with key consultants, combined with our highly experienced delivery teams, ensures highly successful outcomes on tender projects.

Key benefits to our clients include strong support from Fosters' well-established supply chain, creating cost-efficiencies, plus ECI and Building Information Modelling to mitigate project risk.
