Vision:
Foster Construction were engaged by Foster Develop and the Waikato District Council to construct Tamahere Village - a community-focused commercial and recreational space for the growing suburb located south of Hamilton.
Outcome:
This thoughtfully designed development is a fantastic example of how collaboration creates successful outcomes. Waikato District Council engaged Foster Construction to complete the outdoor spaces; including a playground, central piazza area, cricket ground and skate park.
Retail/commercial spaces included a Four Square, physiotherapy and dental clinics, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, an accountancy firm, hospitality venues, a bakery, cafes and a real estate agency.
