We provide seismic building assessments and work alongside clients and structural engineers, to assist clients achieve practical and cost-effective seismic strengthening solutions. We also look for ways that clients can add value to their buildings in the process, whether that be through increasing size of shop front display space, or making improvements in internal layout or cladding systems, while necessary seismic strengthening is being undertaken.

Julian Jaques GM Maintain Responsible for Fosters Maintain, Julian seeks and understands the financial viability of business opportunities, resolves contractual and commercial issues, and also oversees and mentors the team of quantity surveyors at Fosters.

Julian joined Fosters in 2021, bringing with him 30-years of experience in the building industry. A former president of the New Zealand Master Joiners, and experienced in national sales and key account managing roles, he offers practical skills as well as an innate understanding of project finances and business strategies.

Ross Willetts Virtual Facilities Manager Solutions-focused, Ross values strong collaborative working relationships and finds facilities management to be the most rewarding aspect of the building industry – he takes pride in improving and maintaining facilities, achieving the best outcomes for both owners and tenants.

Ross joined Fosters in 2024, coming from a facilities management role for Hamilton City Council. His career spans 30 years, across multiple industries in Australia and New Zealand, including automotive and marine maintenance, commercial construction, and project management. He currently serves on the FMANZ Waikato Committee.
