Te Rapa Gateway, Hamilton
1830sqm warehouse with 450sqm canopy, plus 450sqm office. Project targeting a 5-star Green Star design and built rating.

Development of 3ha site, construction of 5,200sqm purpose-built manufacturing facility and 243sqm office. Remaining site developed into storage yards.

New Zealand Graduate School of Medicine
University of Waikato, Hamilton
Designed by Chow: Hill, this 5,500sqm four-storey teaching and learning facility will be home to first year medical students studying biomedical sciences.
Purpose-built spaces will support a digital-first approach, including digital anatomy labs, VR enabled case study rooms, clinical skills practice areas and hospital standard simulation wards.

Design and build and redevelopment of existing school administration and student learning spaces. Combination of new build and fitout.

Real Pet Foods
Bombay
Major site upgrade at the Bombay manufacturing facility.
The project expands production capacity, improves staff safety, and enhances food quality and hygiene across the site. Special features include integration of new mechanical plant systems, including a spiral freezer, as well as optimised layouts to support improved production flow and reduced manual handling.
External works include 1,800sqm concrete yard slab, asphalting and carparks with a new canopy structure for logistics.

A dynamic development at the south-end of Hamilton’s CBD, creating premium A-grade office space and commercial opportunities.
Whitehall Fruitpackers
Karapiro
Tender project. Architecturally designed building: two-storey office block, with a single storey fitness block for a combined total of 1,122sqm. The entire site is 5,418sqm and will feature car parking, exterior lighting, a bus bay for tourists to visit. The building is clad in vertical Cedar timber weatherboards, metalcraft Kahu cladding, Te Kuiti limestone with a custom mesh aluminium rainscreen. Special features include a large 90sqm heated internal pool, bespoke wall finishes, semi-commercial kitchen, Cremer lift, rainwater harvesting system, and a large solar panel system.

Full refurbishment of an existing building for Aon Insurance, including high-end office fitout.

Fonterra Dairy Factory
Edgecumbe
Installation of a 30MW electrode boiler & 4MW Resistive Element Boiler and related ancillary equipment within the operational dairy factory site. Scope includes abuilding to house the new energy plants, plus the RO/EDI water treatment plant, and associated gear.
