This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll serve as the key on-site representative for Fosters, building strong relationships with our clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.

Role responsibilities are varied and far-reaching - from leading and managing on-site construction activities to mentoring and motivating site teams, proactively managing project risks and managing quality assurance - you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specifications.

Safety, quality and teamwork are part of everyday life at Fosters and you’ll be trusted to play your part across all three.

Must be trade qualified in Construction Management, minimum 5 years' experience in construction management, preferably within commercial construction environments.
