Foster Maintain’s Virtual Facilities Management (VFM) service provides property owners with 24/7 access to the right people at the right time to deal with property-related issues.

The VFM manager becomes one of your team for the time you require, looking after planned maintenance to ensure the building is kept in the agreed condition and deals with any responsive maintenance that may arise.

Your planned maintenance costs are agreed up front over a contracted timeframe and split into even monthly payments, making budgeting and cash flow easy.

Our sophisticated software will:

  • Maintain a history of building maintenance, with analytic reporting capabilities
  • Coordinate reactive maintenance with easy QR code functionality for onsite users
