Overview
Located in unit 7 of Fosters’ Spring Papamoa property development, Beyond Dental Papamoa was a highly customised project, reflecting modern design aesthetics using timber walls, plasterboard, and suspended ceilings.
The practice clinic includes four dental surgery rooms, an X-ray room and sterilisation area, plus a reception, office/consult room, with staff facilities on a mezzanine floor.
About the project
A plant room on the ground floor houses the reduced pressure zones (RPZs) for each of the surgeries, and sterilisation room.
All spaces were fully air conditioned.
Key features include the seamless integration of essential services such as gas, data, power, air-conditioning, and water lines within the concrete slab's conduits, prioritising compliance, and comfort.
Fosters expertly managed the trades and coordinated works to ensure a high-quality finish, ahead of schedule and on budget.
