Foster Maintain works with clients to take them through the design, pricing and delivery of high quality and innovative modernisation of commercial, retail and industrial buildings, ensuring clients get the best value for their spend.
We provide seismic building assessments and work alongside clients and structural engineers, to assist clients achieve practical and cost effective seismic strengthening solutions. We also look for ways that clients can add value to their buildings in the process, whether that be through increasing size of shop front display space, or making improvements in internal layout or cladding systems, while necessary seismic strengthening is being undertaken.

Throughout the refurbishment, the Foster Maintain team went above and beyond to ensure a suitable solution for any obstacles they were confronted with. The Club’s Members’ Lounge is now a modern, contemporary lounge that is proving popular with race-goers and demand is growing for non-race day functions.
