Foster Construction employs staff at all levels on a full time basis. A number of carpenters have been with the company through their apprenticeship and are now leading site managers. Foster Construction is also committed to the apprenticeship programme, and actively seeks to get good people into the carpentry industry by working with local educational institutions.

In the office, Foster Construction employs experienced quantity surveyors, estimators and project managers to ensure your project is managed efficiently every step of the way.

Health, Safety & Environment is a fundamental part of operations at Foster Construction, and we have a full time Health, Safety and Environmental Manager on our team.

The administration function is performed in the Hamilton Office by a small friendly team.

Foster Construction operates a fleet of vans well marked with the distinctive Foster logo.

Builders equipment such as scaffolding, hoists and site sheds are owned by the company to ensure resources are available when needed.
