Our capabilities and machinery

We combine advanced machinery with skilled operators to deliver accurate, efficient metal fabrication. From large-scale production to custom componentry, we work across carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and more.

CNC Press Brake

Our CNC press brake delivers 110-ton bending force and 3100mm length capacity, with sectional tooling allowing for flexible setups. It’s ideal for high-volume production of precision components like flashings, brackets and custom profiles. We can bend steel up to 10mm thick, with compatibility across various materials.

Sheet/Plate Guillotine

Designed for speed and accuracy, our sheet and plate guillotine cuts material from 0.5 to 6mm thick and up to 3200mm long. Adjustable backstops (20–600mm) and cutting supports make it easy to handle offcuts and streamline high-volume metal cutting jobs.

Laser Cutting

With in-house 3D design using SolidWorks and a 4KW Amada COâ‚‚ laser, we offer precise laser cutting for projects of all sizes. We can cut carbon steel (up to 20mm), stainless steel (10mm), and aluminium (8mm), with tube cutting up to 100mm round coming soon.
