Purpose-built office and manufacturing facility for Harkin Roofing, designed to accommodate steady growth in the company's manufacturing and operational needs.

Harkin Roofing are an established commercial roofing company in the Bay of Plenty. They supply and install all types of metal roofing, cladding and accessories to the commercial and industrial sectors.

About the project

With early involvement in this project, Fosters were able to support the design of a purpose-built solution: a 1,210m² facility in Tauriko Business Park, including 400m² of modern office space, a dedicated manufacturing area for flashings and edge protection, and generous storage.

The design phase was highly collaborative, with our team contributing practical insights to ensure a functional, light-filled, and efficient layout.

Throughout delivery, the team remained responsive to scope changes and client feedback. With clear communication and a shared commitment to quality, the project was completed on time, within budget, and to the high standard expected.
