The New Zealand Commercial Project Awards saw a record 126 entries for 2025. The Foster Group (Fosters) were proud recipients of three Gold and two Silver awards across four categories: industrial, health, residential and tourism and leisure.
Our Gold Awards:
- Fergus Bar & Kitchen - for Kinfields Property, delivered by Foster Construction Waikato
- Waikato Hospital Molecular Biology Laboratory - for Health New Zealand, delivered by Foster Maintain Waikato
- Ray Staiger - for the Staiger family, delivered by Foster Construction Waikato
Our Silver Awards:
- RML – for Chalmers Properties, delivered by Foster Construction Waikato
- Metlifecare Somervale – for Metlifecare, delivered by Foster Construction Bay of Plenty
Notable is the fact that all the above projects featured Early Contractor Involvement. As noted in the Master Builders 2025 press release, this collaborative process was a “popular strategic approach for mitigating risk and managing costs” amongst this year’s entries.
